booking your on the day items made simple

  • Request a quote

    Start by selecting the on the day items you're interested in; whether it's signage, menus, place cards or more. Simply fill out the quote form, and include as many details as possible so I can tailor everything to your needs.

  • A customised quote will be sent to you

    Once I’ve reviewed your request, I’ll send over a personalised quote outlining your selected items, pricing, and estimated production timelines. You’re welcome to make adjustments before locking anything in.

  • 25% deposit is taken

    To secure your booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. This confirms your spot in my production calendar and ensures I can prioritise your event during the busy wedding season.

  • Officially booked in!

    Once your deposit is received, you’re officially booked in! I’ll send through a confirmation email, and you can rest easy knowing everything is underway for your big day.

  • Design start dates will be provided to you

    You’ll be given a scheduled design start date based on your event timeline. Along with this, I’ll send a design checklist for you to completeβ€”this includes wording, colour choices, and guest names where needed. There’s no rush to finalise this until around four weeks before your collection or postage date.

  • Design, Review & Approve

    Within the timeline outlined to you, the design process begins. You’ll receive your initial artwork proof within 48 hours of your scheduled design start date. Two rounds of revisions are included to fine-tune every detail and make sure everything is just right. Once you’re happy with the final designs, approval is confirmed, and your remaining balance will be due.

  • Final payment & production

    Once your designs are approved, the final balance is due. As soon as payment is received, your order moves into production. I’ll keep you updated along the way and let you know as soon as everything is ready for collection or postage.

  • Collection or Postage

    Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a pick-up notification with collection details from my home studio in Botanic Ridge, VIC, or you can opt to have your items posted to you (postage fees apply).
