Once I’ve reviewed your request, I’ll send over a personalised quote outlining your selected items, pricing, and estimated production timelines. You’re welcome to make adjustments before locking anything in.

To secure your booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. This confirms your spot in my production calendar and ensures I can prioritise your event during the busy wedding season.

Once your deposit is received, you’re officially booked in! I’ll send through a confirmation email, and you can rest easy knowing everything is underway for your big day.

Design usually starts around 4 weeks before your event. We’ll email your scheduled start date, design checklist and guest-name and seating spreadsheet. Complete both by the deadline in your email, with all wording, names and inspiration ready for design.

Your first proof is usually ready within 48–72 hours of your scheduled start, once all required information is received. Two rounds of revisions are included. Check all wording, names, quantities and seating details carefully, then confirm your written approval. The remaining balance is due before printing.

Printing begins after your written approval and final payment. Typical production is 7–10 business days for cardstock, 10–12 for fabric, and 10–15 for PVC or acrylic. Letterpress and foil take 22–25 business days. Allow extra time for delivery. We’ll confirm the schedule for your chosen items.

We’ll let you know when your order is ready. Collection is by arrangement from Botanic Ridge on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 9:30am–2:30pm. Australia-wide postage is available for suitable items at an additional cost. Oversized signs and all hire items are collection only and cannot be posted.
