Place your order with specific information

Once content with your selections and after supplying the necessary details for each item, proceed to submit your order request. Additionally, ensure to upload your logo in the correct format (SVG, PDF) and include any inspirational images, Pinterest boards, or other pertinent details depending on your order.
Confirmation & Invoicing

Upon receiving your order and details, a personalised invoice will be generated based on your specifications.
Design, review & approval

Upon your approval of the invoice and successful full payment, we kickstart the design process. Rest assured, we will reach out to you to gather any additional information required for crafting your business items. Anticipate receiving a checklist and any necessary details as we collaborate to bring your vision to life.
Printing and Production

Following the finalisation of the design, we progress to the production phase, ensuring meticulous craftsmanship for your business items.
Collection or Shipping

Upon completion, we thoroughly inspect, wrap, and package your business items. You will be promptly notified when they are ready for collection or prepared for postage.
