Start by selecting the invitation style and items you're interested in; whether it’s the main invitation, RSVP card, finer details card, or something bespoke. Simply fill out the quote form and include as many details as possible so I can tailor your quote to suit your wedding or event perfectly.

Once I’ve reviewed your quote request, I’ll put together a personalised quote outlining your selected items, pricing, and estimated production timelines. You’re welcome to make adjustments before locking anything in. Your also welcome to add on items along the way.

To secure your booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. This confirms your spot in my production calendar and ensures I can prioritise your event during the busy wedding season.

Once your deposit is received, you’re officially booked in! I’ll send through a confirmation email, and you can rest easy knowing everything is underway for your big day.

You’ll be given a scheduled design start date based on your timeline and when you require your invitations. I’ll also send you a design checklist to complete; this will ask for your invitation wording, cardstock selections, shape preferences, font choices etc. This checklist will need to be completed before we begin designing.

Within the timeline outlined to you, the design process begins. You’ll receive your initial artwork proof within 48 hours of your scheduled design start date. Two rounds of revisions are included to fine-tune every detail and make sure everything is just right. Once you’re happy with the final designs, approval is confirmed, and your remaining balance will be due.

Once your designs are approved, the final balance is due. As soon as payment is received, your order moves into production. I’ll keep you updated along the way and let you know as soon as everything is ready for collection or postage.

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a pick-up notification with collection details from my home studio in Botanic Ridge, VIC, or you can opt to have your items posted to you (postage fees apply).
