Start by selecting the invitation style and items you're interested in; whether it’s the main invitation, RSVP card, finer details card, or something bespoke. Simply fill out the quote form and include as many details as possible so I can tailor your quote to suit your wedding or event perfectly.

Once I’ve reviewed your request, I’ll send a personalised quote outlining your selected items, pricing and estimated production timing. We can discuss adjustments and additions before design begins, subject to your booking terms and availability.

To secure your booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. This confirms your spot in my production calendar and ensures I can prioritise your event during the busy wedding season.

Once your deposit is received, you’re officially booked in! I’ll send through a confirmation email, and you can rest easy knowing everything is underway for your big day.

You’ll be given a scheduled design start date based on your timeline and when you require your invitations. I’ll also send you a design checklist to complete; this will ask for your invitation wording, cardstock selections, shape preferences, font choices etc. This checklist will need to be completed before we begin designing.

Your first proof is usually ready within 48–72 hours of your scheduled start, once your completed checklist and all required details are received. Two rounds of revisions are included. Check every name, date and wording detail carefully, then provide written approval. Your remaining balance is due before printing.

Production begins after written design approval and final payment. Allow 7–10 business days for standard cardstock printing or 22–25 business days for letterpress and foil. Design, revisions, packing and delivery take additional time. We’ll confirm the schedule for your selected finish, including any Christmas closure deadlines.

We’ll notify you when your invitations are ready. Collection is by arrangement from Botanic Ridge on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 9:30am–2:30pm. Australia-wide postage is available at an additional cost. Allow extra time for delivery when planning your invitation send date.
